Announcing Trinity City Arts' latest collaboration with Dirty Coast and Bayou Brands!

About a year ago, Trinity City Arts launched a multi-faceted partnership with Dirty Coast and Bayou Brands.  

Many of you know Dirty Coast as the fabulous store filled with unique local novelty t-shirts and New Orleans-centered gifts. But wow, they are so much more! Check out these awesome Dirty Coast projects that feature TCArts!

Dirty Coast's “Shirts that Donate” program designs and promotes t-shirts for local non-profits, providing a platform for online sales and sending a portion of the proceeds directly to the non-profit. We LOVED collaborating with Dirty Coast on three unique t-shirts showcasing the teen lead characters of Trinity City Comics— all drawn by our teen artists. Dirty Coast also created and hosts the “Bending the River” podcast, hosted by Blake Haney, which explores the intricate tapestry of New Orleans through in-depth interviews with a wide variety of guests. A few weeks ago, Blake sat down with two writers of Issue #2 (Je’Miyah Suggs and Alex Warren) to discuss their creative process and artivist work. Check out their episode and take a listen to more!

And Dirty Coast just keeps on giving— they also promote their favorite non-profits through their Benefit Happy Hour days. On this day, 20% of all sales from their uptown store are donated to the non-profit, and they host a “benefits happy hour” featuring snacks, drinks, and general community joy! It’s a fabulous tradition and we are SO thrilled to be a part of this for our second year! Shop Dirty Coast (plus some exclusive Trinity City merch) anytime all day long to support TCArts, and come by from 5-7pm if you'd like to hang out with us.
